Extended hours are offered Monday to Friday and appointments are necessary. Please allow 30 to 40 minutes for the consultation and come a few minutes prior to the first visit to give us your details. No referral is necessary.

  • Veteran's Affairs patients are welcome so please bring your gold card number with you or if you have a white card, a referral and the card information.
  • Work cover and TAC patients are welcome. There is a $28 gap fee for each standard workcover consultation and a $12 gap fee for each TAC consultation which brings the fee in line with concession rates.
  • Medicare / EPC patients require a current referral from their GP. Your GP may provide a care plan if you are eligible for complex or chronic disease management. The normal standard fee is to be paid at the time of treatment and a full receipt will be given which you can take to Medicare and a rebate of $54.60 will be provided. We request that you pay the standard fee at the time of treatment and a full receipt will be given following which you can take it to a Medicare office and a refund of $54.60 will be provided.
  • For those under compensable schemes ( TAC or Workcover) please supply details of your claim number, work place contact details and insurance company if possible.

We ask that you settle your account on the day of the treatment (cash, EFTPOS or cheque), unless you are claiming through a compensable scheme.

If you have private health insurance with extras cover you can receive a rebate for physiotherapy services. Our HICAPS facility will allow you to claim your rebate at the time of the service, so bring your membership card to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Please give our staff 24 hours notice of a cancellation or change of appointment, thereby allowing us to offer that appointment to others. A non attendance fee may otherwise be charged.

Body Mechanics
Jaw and facial pain, known as TMJ disorders especially associated with facial injuries or with habits of clenching or grinding of the teeth
